To register with us you must be resident in the practice area.
Registration forms should be completed in full and returned, along with photographic identification to either Seafield Medical Centre, Buckie or to our branch surgery in Cullen.
Once we have received these forms it will take between seven and ten days before you will be registered with the practice.
We recommend that you obtain at least four weeks supply of medication from your previous practice to ensure you do not run out prior to being fully registered with us.
As it may take some time for your medical records to arrive at the practice, for those patients who take several different types of medication, a member of our Pharmacy Team may contact you to discuss any queries they may have.
